Terry McQuay is President and founder of Nymity, a global privacy and data protection research firm best known for its research tools for privacy professionals. Terry is CIPP and CIPP/C certified, resides on one of IAPP's Boards, is co-chair of an IAPP KnowledgeNet and frequently delivers IAPP Privacy Bootcamps and CIPP Foundations Training. He is an active speaker on a variety of topics ranging from privacy compliance to risk management at privacy conferences and is also the creator of the PbD Risk Management Methodology - a tactical, operational risk management process based on the principles of Privacy by Design.
